KATHEON – Under the
Constitution, the Central Bank Of Russia [currently] belongs to a
foreign State – the City of London – and is taking orders from London
and Washington’s controlled IMF. CBR can only print money corresponding
to its cash in foreign currency, that being the dollar, which is not
sufficient for Russia’s purposes.
