Syrian Army kills terrorists in an ambush Daraa countryside, carries on fierce battles in Aleppo

~ The Syrian army and Syrian armed forces continued on Saturday its
crackdown on armed terrorist organizations all over the country, killing
scores of terrorists and destroying their criminal tools.
Daraa
A unit of the Syrian army and the armed
forces destroyed a car belonging to the terrorist groups in an ambush on
the road of Tafas-al-Yadoda in Daraa Countryside.
A military source said that army units
ambushed a car carrying terrorists on the road of Tafas-al-Yadoda in
Daraa western countryside.
The source added that the car was
destroyed in the ambush with all the arms and military equipment inside
it and all terrorists on board were killed.
Hama
Meanwhile, a unit of the army and the
armed forces foiled a terrorist attack by Jabahat al-Nusra terrorists on
military posts in the southwestern countryside of Hama central
province.
A military source told SANA that a unit
of the army clashed with a terrorist group that infiltrated from the
train station towards military posts in the surroundings of al-Zara
plant station, 30 km to the south of Hama City.
The source added that most of the
terrorist groups’ members were killed or injured and their arms and
military equipment were destroyed.
Homs
The army units destroyed two cars and
many gatherings for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organzation in Um
Sharshouh and Talbiseh in Homs countryside.
Aleppo
Units of the army defending the military
academies to the south of Aleppo City, backed by the air force and
artillery, have inflicted heavy losses on the Takfiri terrorist groups.
A military source told SANA that the
terrorist groups today repeated attacks along the axis of the military
academies with large numbers as the army units are carrying on fierce
battles, backed by the Syrian army air force and artillery, against the
terrorist groups.
The source added that a number of
terrorists were killed and many of them were injured in the clashes, in
addition to inflicting heavy losses upon them in the arms and personnel.
Meanwhile, SANA reporter in Aleppo said
that thousands of terrorists, most of them mercenaries, attacked the
axis of the academies with car bombs at midnight.
The reporter added that scores of
terrorists were killed in the clashes and others were injured and a
large number of their vehicles and equipment were destroyed.
The terrorist groups also fired tens of
rocket shells on al-Ramousa area and on al-Hamadanieh neighborhood in
Aleppo City leaving a number of civilians injured and causing huge
material damage.
Deir Ezzor
A unit of the army destroyed a car
equipped with a machinegun for ISIS and killed 7 terrorists in the
surroundings of Tal Barouk in Deir Ezzor.
Syrian Army repels terrorist attack on military academies in Aleppo, targets terrorists in other provinces

~ Military operations against terrorist organizations continued on
Friday, with Army and Armed Forces units and the Syrian Air Force
targeting terrorists’ positions around the country, leaving many of
their members dead and their equipment destroyed, while in Aleppo the
army managed to repel a wide-scale attack by terrorists on the military
academies area.
Aleppo

A military source said that Army and
Armed Forces units operating to the south and southwest of Aleppo, in
cooperation with supporting forces, managed to contain the wide-scale
attack carried out by terrorist groups on Friday evening in the
direction of the military academies, inflicting heavy losses upon the
terrorists.
The source asserted that Army and Armed
Forces units reinforced their positions in the perimeter of the military
academies southwest of Aleppo, targeting terrorist groups with
precision strikes, destroying 3 vehicles rigged with explosives, 6
tanks, and a number of vehicles equipped with artillery and machineguns,
in addition to eliminating more than 300 terrorists in the farms area
south of the military academies.
The source also said that the Syrian Air
Force crushed concentrations of terrorists and destroyed scores of their
vehicles along with the terrorists on board in the areas between Khan
Touman and the military academies, al-Hikma School and the academies,
Bazo hill and the academies, al-Zarba and Aleppo city, and Oram al-Kubra
and Aleppo city.
In the same context, Director of the
Aero-Technical Academy in Aleppo Brig. Gen. Deeb Bazzi confirmed on
Friday evening that the terrorist attack carried out by terrorist
organizations on the military academies area southwest of Aleppo has
been repelled, and that heavy losses have been inflicted on terrorists.
In a phone call with the Syrian TV on
Friday evening, Bazzi said that terrorists were driven away from the
perimeter of the academies and that they sustained heavy losses,
asserting that he is in his office, that the rest of the officers are in
their respective positions, and that they are capable of repelling any
attack, asserting that the morale of officers, soldiers, and supporting
forces are very high.
In a similar call, Director of the Aerial
Preparation Academy Brig. General Hamada Murad said that the terrorist
attack began at 2:45 PM, with the terrorists using all sorts of weapons
including car bombs and rocket launchers.
Murad affirmed readiness to repel
terrorists and wage counterattacks, adding “they won’t enter any
military unit unless it’s over our dead bodies.”
On a relevant note, SANA reporter in
Aleppo asserted earlier that there’s no truth to rumors circulated by
some malicious TV channels about terrorists establishing control over
the Arming Academy south of Aleppo, and that all these rumors are
completely baseless.
Earlier on Friday, the Syrian Air Force
launched 23 air strikes on gatherings, sites and vehicle convoys of
terrorists in Aleppo countryside, killing tens of terrorists and
destroying several positions, armored cars, vehicles loaded with arms
and ammunition and car bombs, according to a military source.
Army units, supported by Syrian Air Force
and army’s artillery, thwarted terrorist infiltration attempts on a
number of military checkpoints on the axes of the academy to the
southwest of Aleppo, killing many terrorists and destroying tens of
armored vehicles.
The Syrian Air Force eliminated terrorist groups who were escaping the clashes area to the southwest of Aleppo city.
Aleppo

Daraa
The source confirmed that two command
centers and four vehicles for Jabhat al-Nusra -linked terrorist groups
were destroyed during army operations in different areas in Daraa
province.
SANA reporter quoted the source as saying
that an army unit carried out earlier today an operation targeting
terrorists from Jabhat al-Nusra in al-Hammadin neighborhood and
al-Nazihin camp in Daraa al-Balad area in Daraa city.
The operation resulted in the death of many terrorists and the destruction of two command centers and three vehicles.
The source mentioned that the terrorists
Hassan Abazid, a field leader, Ghassan al-Salamat, Tawfiq al-Naasan,
Thaer Bajbouj, Abdul-Mun’em Mahamid and Amer Mahmoud al-Zarqali were
identified among the dead.
The fourth vehicle was destroyed, along
with an artillery position, in an army operation that targeted terrorist
groups in the surroundings of al-Ghariyeh al-Gharbiyeh in the
northeastern countryside of Daraa province.
According to the source, the vehicle was equipped with a machine gun.
Later, the source said the army units
destroyed a cannon position and killed more Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists
in Daraa al-Balad and Daraa al-Mahatta.
Quneitra
An army unit in cooperation with the
popular defense groups targeted and destroyed Thursday evening a
bulldozer for terrorists on al-Hamidiyeh-Jebbata al-Khashab road in the
northern countryside of Quneitra province.
According to SANA reporter, the terrorists driving the bulldozer were involved in setting up fortifications when they were hit.
The vehicle was destroyed and all the terrorists at the site were killed or injured.
Other army operations targeted dens and
positions for terrorist groups in the vicinity of al-Alam roundabout
along the eastern entrance of Quneitra city.
SANA reporter confirmed that the
operations left a number of terrorists dead or injured and their weapons
and ammunition destroyed.
Deir Ezzor
Army units, in cooperation with popular
defense groups, foiled ISIS terrorist attack on a number of military
posts in Tal Barok area to the northwest of Deir Ezzor city, killing
more than 150 terrorists and destroying 4 vehicles equipped with 23 mm
machineguns.
Idleb
A military source stated that a camp for
Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists along with 4 vehicles equipped with
machineguns and artillery were destroyed west of Oum Hartain in the
southern countryside of Idleb, adding that 28 terrorists were killed as
well.
Hama
A military source said that an Army and
Armed Forces unit targeted a gathering of terrorists from Jabhat
al-Nusra terror organization in al-Tamani’a town in Hama’s northern
countryside, eliminating 9 terrorists including one of the
organization’s leaders who was nicknamed “Abu al-Bara’a al-Chami,”and
destroying a number of vehicles equipped with machineguns.

~ The legal status of 256 wanted persons and draft dodgers was settled
on Thursday in Daraa city and the areas of Izraa’, al-Sanamain and
al-Mesmieh town in Daraa province, according to a source in Daraa
governorate.
Increasing numbers of wanted persons and
draft dodgers have been seeking a settlement of their legal status
recently following the issuance of the amnesty decree no. 15 for the
year 2016, pledging to not get involved in any act that might harm the
homeland’s security again.
Syrian Army units kill scores of terrorists in the southwestern countryside of Aleppo province
Syrian army heavy military operations on terrorists’ dens continue across the country

~ The Syrian Army, backed by the air force, on Thursday continued heavy
military operations on the fortified positions of the terrorist groups,
inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.
Aleppo
A military source said that scores of
positions and vehicles for terrorist groups were destroyed during
sorties by the Syrian Army Air Force against the axes of their movements
in Aleppo, Homs, Hama and Idleb countryside.
The source explained in a statement to
SANA that Syria’s army Air force carried out 26 sorties during which 101
strikes were directed against gatherings, positions and axes of
movements of terrorist groups, killing scores of terrorists.
Army units in cooperation with the allied
forces under air cover by the Syrian warplanes clashed with a terrorist
group affiliated to the so-called Jaish al-Fateh which infiltrated to
some military posts south west Aleppo.
The clashes ended by foiling the attack,
destroying vehicles of terrorists, killing a number of them and hunting
their remnants in thearea.
The warplanes destroyed depots and two
positions for Jabhat al-Nusrra terrorists in Khan al-Assal, Khan Touman
and Uram al-Kubra and killed a number of them and injured others.
The military source said that air strikes
targeted axes of movements of the so-called Jaish al-Fateh and
destroyed a number of their vehicles in Kafar Hamra and al Mansoura in
the southern and western countryside.
Takfiri terrorist organizations
acknowledged that more than 120 of their members were killed, including
leaders in the southern countryside of Aleppo during the past two days,
whereas field reports affirmed that more than 800 terrorists were killed
and hundreds others were injured including a number of Turkistan
Islamic Party members.
Homs
Units of the army and armed forces
carried out an operation against gatherings of the ISIS terrorist
organization in the eastern countryside of Homs central province.
A military source told SANA that units of
the army destroyed hotbeds of the ISIS terrorists in the villages of
Sallam Gharbi and Unq al-Hawa, 73 km to the east of Homs City.
Army units also destroyed ISIS gatherings and hideouts in Sallam Gharbi and Unq al-Hawa in the eastern countryside of Homs.
Another army unit destroyed a position
and a depot for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists in Kafar Lahha village in the
northern countryside of Homs.
Hama
Syrian army air force destroyed ISIS
vehicles, some equipped with machineguns and loaded with terrorists east
of Khanaser town in the northeastern outskirts of Hama province.
The army killed a number of the ISIS
members and injured others after targeting their gatherings and movement
axes east of the town.
Daraa
A military source said that mortar
launchers and vehicles for Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists were destroyed and
a number of terrorists were killed and others were injured in Daraa
al-Balad where terrorists launch their attacks with shells on nearby
neighborhoods and villages.
The source added in a statement to SANA
that an army unit directed concentrated strikes on two terrorist groups
whose members were fortifying positions, sweeping away the land and
destroying houses in al-Abbasiyeh and Daraa al-Mahatta neighborhoods.
Most of the terrorists in both terrorist groups were killed along with their criminal tools which were destroyed.

number of them in various areas in Daraa al-Balad.
Later on Thursday, an army unit killed a
number of Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists and injured others during strikes
against their gatherings to the east of al-Omari Mosque and east the
post office building in Daraa al-Balad.
Quneitra
An army unit carried out a military
operation against a terrorist group in the ruined part of Quneitra city,
destroying a vehicle equipped with a machinegun and killing or injuring
many of the terrorists.
A field source told SANA that an army unit in cooperation with popular defense groups in Khan Arnaba destroyed a terrorists’ tunnel near Abu Shabta site on al-Hamidiyeh-Jebbata al-Khashab road in the northern countryside of the Province.

popular defense groups, established control on Housh al-Farah village in
eastern Ghouta and pursued remnants of terrorists who fled into the
direction of Housh Nasri.
With this new progress, the army became
nearly only 6 km away from Douma, one of the biggest dens of terrorists
in Eastern Ghouta.

personnel and munitions upon them at a time when the Syrian Air Force

A military source said in a statement to
SANA that army units thwarted many infiltration attempts by terrorist
groups south west Aleppo, killing scores of them, injuring others and
destroying their ammunition.
Syria’s Army Air Force carried out 20
sorties during which 100 strikes were directed against terrorists
gatherings in Khan al-Asal, al-Mansoura, Mehrata, al-Zurba,Dahret Abed
Rabu, Khan Touman, Uram al-Kubra in Aleppo countryside, the source
added, noting that the strikes destroyed gatherings of terrorists and
killed a number of them and injured others.

Terrorist organizations acknowledge death of 64 terrorists in Aleppo southern countryside
Terrorist organizations acknowledged the
death of 64 of their members, including some of their leaders, in
Aleppo’s southern countryside during the past 24 hours.
The terrorist organizations said on their
websites that scores of their members were killed, including the deputy
of the military official of southern Aleppo countryside in Ahrar
al-Cham movement Abu Bakr al-Shami, and terrorists Abu Hamza al-Shami,
Mohammad Hassan al-Khateeb, Haitham al-Darweesh, and Mohammad Abdul-Qder
Jababini who were field leaders in al-Jabha al-Chamia, al-Cham legion,
and Jaish al-Fateh terrorist organizations.
Terrorist organizations also admitted
that a Lebanese terrorist nicknamed “Abu Sabri” who was affiliated to
“al-Tahreer party” was killed along with tens of terrorists from
al-Jabha al-Chamia, Jaish al-Islam, al-Cham legion, the Northern
Battalion, and Ahrar al-Cham movement terror organizations.

A military source said that the Syrian
Air Force destroyed three positions and vehicles equipped with
machineguns and carrying weapons and ammunition for ISIS terrorists in
al-Morey’ieh, al-Boghail’yeh, and to the south of the Panorama and
al-Jneineh in Deir Ezzor.
Sources on the ground told SANA that ISIS
“Emir” of Husseiniyeh village, terrorist Turki al-Hassa’a, was killed
along with seven of his companions in a military operation by the Army
and Armed Forces.
Daraa
A number of terrorists were killed and
others were injured in precise operations carried out by units of the
Army and Armed Forces in Daraa province.
A military source told SANA that an army
unit on Wednesday morning carried out intensive strikes against a
terrorist group positioned near al-Bahhar cemetery in Daraa al-Balad
area.
The source added that most of the
terrorist group’s members were killed in the strikes, others were
injured, and a number of their vehicles and equipment were destroyed.
Another army unit destroyed a den of terrorists in the area surrounding al-Thaila hill in the western part of Daraa city.
Meanwhile, most members of terrorist
group linked to Jabhat al-Nusra were killed to the southeast of Khazan
al-Karak in Daraa al-Balad, according to the source.
Another army unit destroyed terrorists’
fortified positions to the east of the Electricity Institution, killing a
number of terrorists and inuring others in the vicinity of Bosra Square
in Daraa al-Mahata area.
Sweida
A unit of the Army and Armed Forces
carried out an operation against a gathering of the ISIS terrorists in
the eastern countryside of Sweida province, inflicting heavy losses upon
them in the arms and personnel.
A military source told SANA that two of
the ISIS vehicles were destroyed in the operation, one of them equipped
with heavy machinegun, and a number of terrorists were killed in
al-Muftira town in the eastern countryside of the province.
Quneitra
An Army and Armed Forces unit, in
cooperation with public defense forces, clashed with terrorists who
approached from the direction of Mashara village towards a military
posts in Tal al-Bazaq in Quneitra countryside.
A source on the ground told SANA on
Wednesday that the clashes ended with killing a number of terrorists,
including the terrorists’ leader Yosef Hamdan, and injuring others.
A 14.5mm machinegun used by the
terrorists was also destroyed during the clashes with a guided missile
along with the terrorists who were operating it, including terrorist Abu
Bakr Mashara.

Syrian Army thwarts terrorist attack on Al-Zara power plant in Hama, destroys ISIS positions across country

~ The army units clashed with armed terrorist groups while attempting
to attack al-Zara power plant and a number of military posts in the
southern countryside of Hama province.
A military source told SANA Tuesday that
the army killed a number of terrorists and destroyed weapons and
ammunition were in their possession.
In the eastern countryside of the
province, the Syrian army air force destroyed ISIS gathering and
fortified positions north of al-Mufagar al-Sharqi in the countryside of
Salamiyeh.
Aleppo
Takfiri terrorist organizations confessed
that scores of their members were killed in the few last hours in
southern countryside of Aleppo.
The terrorist organizations on Tuesday
published on their social media pages names of more than 56 terrorists,
including field military commanders, who were killed south west of
Aleppo.
Among the dead terrorists were Abu
Mohammad al-Sari, the leader of the incursion groups in Aleppo battle
which is affiliated to Ahrar al-Sham terrorist organization, Abu Uthman
al-Hamwi and Abu Shuaib al-Hamwi, the military leaders of Ahrar al-Sham-
affiliated ” Jaish al-Iman ” terrorist organization, terrorists Mustafa
Jumaa, Zaki Tkaika and Mahmoud Fadel.
Daraa
An army unit targeted the gatherings and
hotbeds of the terrorist organizations in al-Nakhleh farms in Daraa
al-Balad area in Daraa province.
The army’s operations resulted in killing
and injuring a number of terrorists in al-Nakhleh farms and destroying
their positions and vehicles equipped with various machineguns.
Another army unit destroyed two command
centers for terrorist organizations in al-Arbaein neighborhood and
killed several terrorists north of the post building, west al-Umari
mosque and east of al-Hamza and al-Abbas mosque in Draa al-Balad.
Deir Ezzor
Army and Armed Forces units engaged
during the past few hours in heavy clashes with terrorist groups
affiliated to ISIS on the axes of al-Rwad Hill, Furat al-Sham Hotel,
Open-Heart Hospital, Water Resources, and Tal Barok, and in the area
surrounding al-Baghilia village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor
province.
A source on the ground said that the tens
of ISIS members were killed, many others were injured, and 2 tanks, an

Another army unit carried out special
operation on the gatherings of ISIS in al-Jnaina village to the west of
Deir Ezzor city, killing at least 60 terrorists and destroying their
munitions.
Army units also foiled an ISIS terrorist
attack in the direction of al-Rashdia and al-Hawika neighborhoods and
the Fouad Cinema Street in Deir Ezzor city, killing a group of ISIS
suicide terrorists and the leader of the attack, who was known as “Abu
Ahmad al-Chami,” and destroying a 57mm cannon and two 14.5 mm
machineguns.
ISIS pages on social media sites
circulated information about a fight that broke out between the members
of the terrorist organization in the villages of al-Kharita and
al-Msarab after the failure of their terrorist attack, which resulted
heavy losses in their ranks and destroyed several of their vehicles.
