Army investigation into shooting reveals fellow soldiers tried to calm shooter

ed note–2 things worth noting here–

(1) the initial statement given in the aftermath of this murder that the shooter feared the Palestinian had a ‘suicide vest’ has now been proven to be a lie, something that should have been recognized by everyone from the beginning, given the fact that lying (by way of deception, we shall make war) is as intrinsic to the Judaic nature as swimming is to fish and other aquatic animals, and

(2) That despite the appearances to the contrary, the entire ‘inquiry’ process is in and of itself an application of the same ‘by way of deception’ paradigm that was the source of the original lie. If the murderer is indeed prosecuted for his crime, than it will be used as prima facie evidence that Israel is indeed a ‘nation of laws’ and where the judicial process works in punishing evildoers, when in fact the ONLY reason that the entire investigation and prosecutorial process is taking place at all is because there were witnesses to it.
