note–Kagan is one of the architects of the destruction of Iraq, of the
‘Arab Spring’, the war against Assad and would certainly love to see the
US and Russia in a shooting war with each other.
Keep in
mind as well that the Neocons were originally Trotsky-ites who ‘jumped
ship’ and joined the Republicans during the 1960’s when they saw that
the Democrats were not going to be completely reliable with Israel’s
geo-political agenda, hence the word ‘Neo’ in ‘Neocon, and having set
this as the example, they would be willing to jump back to the Democrats
in the form of a Hillary presidency if in fact they know that Trump
will stand in their way.
