”In a speech in New York this weekend, Mike Huckabee told a
sympathetic crowd that Israeli occupation has made life great for
Palestinians, Arutz Sheva reports.
The Republican presidential candidate gave a keynote at the 22nd
annual Israel Day Concert in Central Park, a “star-studded” event to
honor “three slain Israeli teens.” This year’s show featured
performances by musicians Alex Clare, Gad Elbaz, Mati Shriki, and
others, as well as speeches by political officials, including George W.
Bush’s former ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton.
“We must educate world,” Huckabee said in his Sunday speech, “that
the Israelis have done more to bring prosperity, peace, and a state of
liberty to people, whether they’re Jewish or not.”
