Former BBC presenter Rolf Harris facing more child sex abuse charges

Former BBC presenter Rolf Harris facing more child sex abuse charges(RINF) – Former BBC presenter, member of the British establishment and convicted paedophile, Rolf Harris, is facing a slew of new charges following a ‘full file’ of fresh evidence had been presented to the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).
The new allegations are from victims in Britain, Australia and New Zealand.
A spokesman for the CPS confirmed the reports saying:
“The CPS has received a full file of evidence following the interview under caution of an 85-year-old man on 3 and 4 February at a police station in Stafford in relation to Operation Yewtree. A decision will be made in due course.”
On the 30th of June 2014 the children’s TV presenter was sentenced to 5 years in prison after he was found guilty of indecently assaulting 12 girls, as young as 7 years old. Over 150 complaints were originally made against the sexual predator.
Passing the lenient sentence, Justice Sweeney said:
“You have shown no remorse for your crimes at all. Your reputation now lies in ruins, you have been stripped of your honours but you have no one to blame but yourself.”
