The corporate media continues to describe the Iranian convoy as "warships" with the purpose of delivering weapons to Yemen. Now warships are not designed to carry a lot of cargo past what they need to operate, so already the story is suspect. The corporate media has yet to show us this supposed convoy of Iranian "warships", and as this link shows, even a Google image search for "Iranian convoy" only returns photos of the US warships. Hence, the convoy is in all likelihood composed of cargo ships carrying humanitarian aid for the people of Yemen who are starving under the US/Saudi blockade, a possibility even USA Today concedes is likely.
Today the report on corporate media are that the US ships are shadowing the Iranian convoy, but still no pictures of the Iranian convoy itself to tell us whether they really are warships or not.
The wild card in all this is Irsael, which is known to operate their dolphin class submarines in the region. One such sub could be sitting submerged and silent ahead of the oncoming Iranian convoy, wait until it is overhead, then fire a torpedo at a US ship, to trigger a US war with Iran that Israel has obviously been trying to create for a very long time.
