‘Racist trolls could be banned from social media using the same kind of Internet Asbos that keep sex offenders offline.
Those guilty of spreading racist hatred online should be blocked from sites such as Twitter and Facebook just as sex offenders can have their computer access restricted, a group of MPs has recommended.
The All Party Parliamentary Inquiry Into anti-Semitism also called for “urgent action” from Government, police, prosecutors and the Jewish community to combat a “disturbing” rise in anti-Semitism.’
