Last week, Geraldo Rivera took to Facebook to share his thoughts about the Second Amendment in response to the tragic death of a firearms instructor. He claimed that the the constitutional amendment that protects our right to keep and bear arms is “blind and stupid.”

You’ve probably already heard the news about Charles Vacca. He’s the firearms instructor who worked at Bullets and Burgers, a Nevada-based gun range where people are legally allowed to shoot automatic weapons. Vacca was teaching a nine-year-old girl how to shoot an Uzi when the gun shot back during recoil, killing him.
