What is it about Alderney Street in Pimlico, London?

It is the home of Fiona Woolf, Lord Mayor of ‘The City’, and Thatcher Minister Leon Brittan who her inquiry will question with regard to political paedophilia.

It is also the street where MI6 operative Gareth Williams was found murdered in a padlocked sports bag in 2010 – though police said it was ‘probably an accident’. I guess anything is possible when you can padlock a bag while being inside.

Aldeney Street is a short walk from the Westminster Parliament and even shorter to MI6 headquarters. Place to miss?
