For me, it's very significant as Kerry Stokes is well known to me - perhaps not to you. Generally regarded as a "nice guy" and loyal Western Australian, there are of course, a few people who will beg to differ with me. There are rumors Stokes is a high level Freemason. Kerry stokes (real name John Patrick Alford) has a claim as Australia's true rags to riches stories. Assuming a faithful recounting of events, you cant help but admire the man.
