A pro-Palestine group has projected the Palestinian flag onto UK’s Houses of Parliament in London, calling for an end to the Israel's war on Gaza.

The Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) said it projected the flag early Friday, with slogans including “Free Palestine” and “Stop the massacre.”

The PSC called for an end to the bloodshed in the besieged Gaza Strip.
In addition, the pro-Palestine group accused the British government of being inactive, saying it is “standing by while Israel slaughters Palestinians.”
“(Prime Minister) David Cameron has failed to listen to the voices of hundreds and thousands of British people who have taken to the streets," said PSC chairman Hugh Lanning, adding, "He has failed to stand up for ... [Palestinians] being ruthlessly murdered by an occupying power.”
This came a day after another British campaign group, London Palestine Action, dropped a 75-foot banner, reading “UK: Stop Arming Israel” from Westminster Bridge near the parliament building.

“We demand our government stop selling arms to Israel, a country which is horrifically killing and injuring thousands of men, women and children in Gaza,” said the London Palestine Action activist, adding, "Our government has blood on its hands."

Over 1,500 Palestinians have been killed and upwards of 8,000 injured in 25 days of Israeli attacks on the impoverished Palestinian territory.
